Customer requirements

The customer plans to use wood chips as the primary feedstock to produce synthesis gas for ammonia production. The project is located in the eastern United States and requires the syngas to have stable quality and an appropriate H2/CO ratio to meet the requirements of ammonia synthesis. Powermax shall provide a complete and integrated solution based on the Biowatt modular oxy-enriched gasification system.

Preliminary plan

Our Oxy-enriched Gasification System is designed for high-efficiency syngas production withminimal nitrogen dilution. By replacing air with pure oxygen, the process generates syngas rich inhydrogen and carbon monoxide, perfectly suited for large-scale Green Hydrogen, SAF, Ammoniaand Methanol production plants.
